Inspired Fellowship Refund Policy

At Inspired Fellowship, every offering is created with prayer, care, and intention. Our community spaces, programs, and pathways are designed to provide deep spiritual formation, guided reflection, and transformational experiences.

Please review our refund policy carefully before joining.

Digital Programs, Courses & Reset Pathways

Because our programs provide immediate access to digital content, guided practices, spiritual tools, and private community spaces, all program purchases are final unless otherwise stated on the program page.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your content or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly review your request.

Memberships & Community Subscriptions

Inspired Fellowship memberships provide ongoing access to:

  • Community spaces
  • Live gatherings and experiences
  • Spiritual formation resources
  • Coaching-style content and guided practices

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • You retain access through the end of your current billing period
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time

Programs, Challenges, & Guided Experiences

This policy applies to all programs, challenges, cohorts, retreats, and special gatherings — whether live or self-paced.

Programs with a Scheduled Start Date

For programs that begin on a published start date:

  • Refund requests may be submitted up to 48 hours before the start date.
  • Once the program has begun, all sales are final.

Self-Paced Programs with Immediate Access

For self-paced programs and challenges that unlock immediately after purchase:

  • Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed.
  • Once program materials are accessed, all sales are final.

Because preparation, digital access, and intellectual property are delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once a program has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If your purchase qualifies for review, please contact: support@inspiredfellowship.com. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email used to purchase
  • The program or membership name

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
