Inspired Fellowship Terms of Service

Welcome to Inspired Fellowship. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Inspired Fellowship website, community spaces, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Purpose of the Community
Inspired Fellowship is a private, faith-adjacent community designed to support reflection, spiritual formation, and personal growth. The Services are intended to provide a calm, respectful environment. Participation is voluntary and self-directed.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
3. Membership, Access & Payment
Access to certain areas, courses, or groups may require an active membership.
Membership access is managed through our platform and may be granted or revoked based on enrollment status.
Fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Community Conduct
To preserve a safe and welcoming space, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully and in good faith
- Avoid harassment, shaming, coercion, or inflammatory language
- Refrain from promoting products, services, or causes without permission
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
- Avoid giving medical, legal, or professional advice
Inspired Fellowship reserves the right to remove content or restrict access that violates these standards.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of content they post.
By posting content, you grant Inspired Fellowship a non-exclusive license to display it within the community.
Course materials, assessments, and original content provided by Inspired Fellowship are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
6. Health & Pastoral Disclaimer
The Services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or pastoral counseling.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or clergy relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate support, please seek professional help.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The community is private; however, no online platform can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Please share thoughtfully.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
Inspired Fellowship may:
- Moderate content
- Remove posts or comments
- Suspend or terminate accounts
These actions may be taken to protect the integrity and safety of the community, with or without prior notice.
9. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Inspired Fellowship may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated or if continued participation is deemed harmful to the community.
Upon termination, access to paid content may end immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired Fellowship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
